Vesna Loborika is a family-owned business with more than two decades of experience in cheese production.

It all started in 1985 with a gift of goat that was the impetus to create what we have today.

Our production is based on the traditional Istrian craftsmanship but using modern cheese making technology, so that the authenticity and standardization of our cheeses are preserved.

Our cheese dairy started operating in 1997 and is located on the road Pula - Labin, in the village of Loborika, which is only 7 km distance from Pula.

In our cheese dairy we produce various types of dairy products: fresh cow's milk, drinkable yogurt, fresh cow's milk cheese, cream, butter, young cow's milk cheese, cow's, sheep's and goat's curds, cow's milk hard cheese, Karig (extra hard cow's milk cheese,) Mixed cheese (cow and sheep milk), sheep milk cheese, goat milk cheese, Pegula (goat, sheep and cow milk cheese), Tuffo (cow's milk cheese with truffles), Shtuffo (sheep's milk cheese with truffles), Capruffo (goat's milk cheese with truffles), Buza (cow's milk cheese with olives), Pepo (cow's milk cheese with green pepper), Pepa (cow's milk cheese with hot peppers), Rici (cow's milk cheese).
